I am pleased to announce that I will be participating in the 6th Annual Biennial Touchstone Laramie 2018. One of the expectations of this local artist event is that we present new work that has not been seen in Laramie previously. Work from Sequencing Through Time and Place: The Carissa MIne that was on view in the Lander Art Center will be presented by myself, artist Wendy Bredehoft, and dancer Margaret Wilson. The work from this exhibition focused on industry and man, from tools and equipment to the process of transforming ore to gold.
In addition, I will have a selection of my new series, Becoming a Memory: The Clark Street Bridge, available. This series captures the disappearing Clark Street Bridge which remains now only as a memory of our community’s history.
